OUR INFORMATION

Preschool Enrollment Process

Thank you for considering Little Bloom Academy! To maintain a smooth and respectful enrollment process, we ask that families follow the steps below carefully. This process helps us ensure that each family is well-informed, and that our time and resources are used effectively. If you need help at any step, please reach out to us at littlebloomacademy@gmail.com.

Step 1: Review Program Details

Please take time to read through our website and Parent Handbook in full before scheduling a tour. Make note of any questions you may have, and ensure our policies, philosophy, and schedule align with your family’s needs and expectations.

Step 2: Schedule a Virtual Tour

Request a Virtual Tour
Click the "Book Tour" tab at the top right of our website and send an email to LittleBloomAcademy@gmail.com requesting access to our virtual tour.

Next, Receive and Watch the Virtual Tour
Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a link to our required Virtual Tour. Please watch it carefully to learn more about our program, philosophy, and policies. After viewing the tour, respond within 5 business days to let us know whether you’d like to move forward with enrollment. If we don’t hear back within that time, the spot may be offered to another family on our waitlist.

In-Person Tour (For Committed Families Only)
If you decide to enroll, we’ll schedule a 15-minute in-person classroom tour to take place one week before your child’s start date. These are offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and give you a chance to see the space and ask questions about tuition, policies, and daily routines.

Step 3: Placement Availability

  • If we have space available, your child may begin on the next available Monday once the enrollment packet, immunization records, and one full week’s tuition are received.

  • If no space is available, your child will be placed on our waitlist, and we will contact you as soon as a spot opens (typically during fall transitions or as families graduate).

Step 4: Submit Enrollment Packet & Fee

Families offered a spot must complete the full Enrollment Packet, which includes all licensing forms, and submit a non-refundable enrollment fee of $150 to secure the space. Incomplete paperwork will delay your child’s start date. Please do not submit paperwork unless you’ve been offered a confirmed spot.

Step 5: Set Up ProCare App

Once enrolled, you’ll receive an invitation to join our school through the ProCare app. This platform is used for daily communication, check-in/out, and updates. Each student may have up to two parent/guardian profiles. Download the app and confirm your account prior to your child’s first day.

Step 6: Prepare for First Day

On your child’s first day, please arrive with all required materials as outlined in the enrollment packet. This includes:

  • Completed hard copies of the enrollment packet and Licensing Forms

  • Immunization records

  • Remaining first month’s tuition (unless already paid)

  • All daily items (extra clothing, extra pair of shoes, water bottle, blanket, Diapers, Wipes, etc.) listed in the packet

Important Enrollment Policies

  • Tours are required before enrollment is considered.

  • Submission of forms does not guarantee a spot unless confirmed by administration.

  • A non-refundable enrollment fee is required to hold your child’s place.

  • Students must meet eligibility requirements, including minimum age (12 months)  and readiness (see eligibility policy).

  • All documents must be completed and submitted before the child’s first day.

Please read this thoroughly and carefully, as it contains all essential information and policies about our school and our approach to teaching. We recommend taking notes as you go to ensure you remember any questions you may have.

ENROLLMENT PACKET

Please complete the enrollment packet accurately and attach your child’s up-to-date immunization records. All forms must be renewed annually at the start of each school year in August to ensure continued enrollmen
