OUR INFORMATION

Please find the documents you need in order to apply to our Preschool. If you need assistance with completing our paperwork, or if you have any other questions, please contact our administrative team today  at littlebloomacademy@gmail.com.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

1. Read through website and parent handbook and take notes of any questions you and your family may have.

2. Schedule an Online tour on our "Book Tour" Tab on the top right. If for some reason the times do not work with you and your family send us an email on our "About us" Page or send us a message on "Let's Chat!".

3. If Our school has vacancy then your child/ren will begin on the earliest Monday with all enrollment forms filled out with one week of tuition.

3a. If we do not have any open spot, we will place your family on the wait list an

give you a call as soon as a spot opens up (usually around Fall). 

​

4. Fill in Enrollment packet (attach one time enrollment fee of $100) along with licensing forms.

​

5.Download ProCare and look in you email inbox for a ProCare invitation to our school. There are only two parent profiles allowed per student.

​

6. On your first day of school do not forget to bring all necessary items (stated in enrollment packet) along with Enrollment papers, immunization records and enrollment fee with first months tuition.

PARENT HANDBOOK

Please read through CAREFULLY and fully as this holds all information and policies regarding our school and how we teach our students. Take notes as you read so you do not forget any questions you may have.

ENROLLMENT PACKET

Please fill in packet accurately and attach immunization records. These forms must be RENEWED at the beginning of every school year (in August).

LICENSING FORMS

Please read through forms and sign EVERY page (even pages without a place to sign). These forms are required by licensing and will be updated as needed.
